The buildings highlighted in black are being purchased and will be underdevelopment by LENNAR.

The property has been purchased and we hope to have information to share in the near future regarding the investors plans for continued site development and maintenance. The majority of the “Natural Areas” belong to the Legend Lakes Master Association and are maintained and improved by that Board of Directors.

All Legend Lakes residents are part of the Master Association.
